BOT- Service Delivery Approach
NDA - A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will need to be signed to ensure the confidentiality of all discussions and engagement between yourself and S&A Solution’s.
MSA - The Master Services Agreement would be signed to set out the overall terms and conditions under which S&A Solutions may be engaged to provide services, outlining the generalised nature of the work .
SOW / POW - This would involve a high level defintion of the scope of work or the program of work to broadly define the scope of work involved or the boundaries of work to be done during the course of engagement. Note: This would be articulated in mutual consent and consultation.
Discovery- We’ll begin by understanding your requirements—starting with a kickoff discussion, followed by more detailed conversations as needed.
Note: The discovery phase may be conducted in one or both of the following formats:
a. Joint workshops with relevant participants
b. One-on-one interviews with key business representativesSome aspects of the discovery may require a collaborative workshop format, especially where multiple stakeholders are involved, while others may be better suited to individual interviews.
Based on the outcomes of the discovery, a detailed asssesment report and the business requirements document will be prepared and presented for formal sign-off by the business.
Design - The design phase will begin once there is adequate clarity and agreement on the requirements.

Technology Evaluation & Selection ( Decision on the Technologies to be considered )
Architecture & Solution Design - ( Once the Technology has already been decided )
Cofiguration & Development- Following approval of the design in consultation with the business, the configuration and development work will be initiated to progress on it
Note: Depending on the nature of the engagement and the agreed delivery model, Steps 4 and 5 may sometimes be carried out in parallel, in consultation and agreement with you.
Testing - Following configuration and development, a testing phase is conducted to ensure the solution functions as expected and meets the defined requirements.
Training- After testing is completed, training is provided along with a draft user guide, allowing you to explore and test the solution independently.
UAT & Fixing - The process will involve two cycles of testing and feedback, allowing for iterative fixes and improvements.
User Manual V 1.0 - Following UAT & Fixing the draft user manual is refined, and Version 1 of the official user manual is delivered ahead of the solution release
Deployment & Release -Following successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolution of any identified issues, the solution is deployed and released for use.
Handholding & Operate - Following the release, we provide post-deployment initial handholding for a limited period, as mutually agreed.This includes hands-on initial user assistance such as resolving initial teething issues in using , answering user queries, enabling smooth adoption—commonly referred to as the 'hypercare' assistance.
Transfer - The target operating model is setup in alignment with the guidelines of ITIL & ITSM to enable continous operations and improvement.
Continous Operations & Improvement- After the deployment and release is conducted the support and continous improvement activities may be conducted on a regular basis.
